My biggest peeve about receiving a shipment through UPS is that they try 3 times, during the day while I’m at work, to deliver my package. If I am not there during any of those 3 attempts, I have to drive across town to pick it up, before they ship it back to the sender – and yeah, they’ve done that to me!

So, I’m gonna try this new UPS My Choice – to get alerts before packages arrive, electronically authorize packages for drop-of, re-route to other locations and many other options.
