Affiliate Links Explained…

According to Wikipedia:

Affiliate marketing is a marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate’s marketing efforts.

This means, that in order for me to commit so many hours of my day (researching, creating and posting), I need to find my own compensation for this work, as it’s provided to you for free. Seems impossible, right? Well, that’s where affiliate links come into play.

So, whenever I provide a link in my post (as well as brands on the sidebar), please use it (instead of manually going to that site yourself, as this takes me out of the equation). I’m not saying that all the links are affiliate links, because I find a LOT of great deals that I get no monetization for, but am compensated by the pleasure of helping you!
